I have a business account, how do I join my family's personal account?

Business members can also have personal accounts to drive with Zipcar.
Application fees are typically waived when opening personal accounts.

1. The family account holder will need to invite you via your business email
2. You will receive an invitation link to join the family account.
3. Click through the invitation link to sign into your account. After signing in, your account will reflect the family plan immediately.
4. If you are not a driver on the business account, you must enter your driver's license to apply to drive. Your application to drive will be submitted after you confirm your license information.
5. After your driving application is approved, you can reserve and drive cars on your family account.

Keep In Mind

To toggle between your personal and business account, select the My Account at the top right-hand side of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear with your business name and your name. The business name is your business account, and your name is your personal account.
