My reserved Zipcar is not parked where it should be or isn't here, what should I do?

If you've booked a Zipcar and it isn't where it should be at the start of your trip, here are some things to check:

• Confirm you have the correct date, time, and location
• Make sure that your booking time has actually started (it's possible someone else has the car until your trip begins)
• Use the mobile app to honk the horn on the vehicle in case it has been parked nearby

If you still can't find your booked Zipcar, give us a call and we will work to help locate it, or place you in another suitable vehicle in the area.
