Can I use a Zipcar as a taxi or ride share service?

Zipcar and Uber have partnered to launch the Zipcar for Uber program. This partnership allows Uber drivers to sign up through Uber’s Vehicle Marketplace to rent Zipcars at a discounted rate and earn with Uber.
