Who is responsible for the charges & fees on my account?

Account & trip fees (including membership and application fees) are charged to the payment method associated with the account the drivers are joining. The type of fee or amount to be charged depends on your membership plan and any sponsorship you may have.

You can review all fees charged to your account by following the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Zipcar account
2. Click on Billing in the top navigation menu
3. Review all transactions posted to your account
